INDIAN VALLEY is expected to land this contest with Granite Girl and Tamtara amongst the likely dangers. The selection was tried in Listed company last season where she came up short but she looks sure to win races this season judged on her two outings to date. She returned to action at this track where she accounted for all of her rivals bar the progressive Bakongo and she followed that up with a respectable run at Newmarket in a competitive handicap. Granite Girl was back in fifth at headquarters so needs to improve to reverse the form and could do so as she has her first attempt on an artificial surface on what will be just her fifth career start whilst the jockey booking takes the eye. Tamtara may only have finished in midfield at Windsor but that was a perfectly respectable effort that reads well in the context of this race and she can be expected to go well but there are several unexposed horses in the field that will be worth monitoring in the market but at this stage we'll stick with Indian Valley.
