Verdict

THE WHICH DOCTOR can land this handicap at the main expense of Vainglory and Cape Hawk. Jeremy Noseda has his string in good form at present and this 4-year-old showed a good attitude to score at Lingfield last time. He looks to be on an upward curve and with ground conditions to suit he is given the vote. Vainglory could be the biggest danger as he won at Leicester last week when he beat Effigy, but that was his first win since 2007 so it is hard to enthuse about his chance of following up. Cape Hawk has been a little disappointing of late and he may need some help from the handicapper before he is able to resume winning ways. The Cayterers is a capable performer on his day and he has got course and distance winning form so he is another with claims, but The Which Doctor is going the right way and can win again.
