This moderate contest should not take a great deal of winning and what can only be a tentative vote in a moderate contest goes to Cool Isle, who is a relatively consistent performer in comparison to most of her rivals, and she gets the vote ahead of Converti and Right Option. The last mentioned won a similar contest on the Polytrack at Lingfield last month but trainer Simon Dow has been reluctant to run the gelding on turf so he may be best watched. Ranavalona has given little sign of encouragement in recent starts over hurdles, while By The River has been well held on all three starts so far and looks best watched. All Talk is moderate at best and of more interest may be Converti who is a rare runner in this grade for Paul Cole. In a race that lacks any strength in depth, it is Cool Isle that gets the verdict.
