Verdict

This appears a weak maiden, with FOOTSTEPSOFSPRING the selection, with newcomer Glass of Red and Split the Pot the best of the rest. Footstepsofspring has shown plenty of ability in two starts to date, finishing runner-up on both occasions. She has the experience denied to the majority of the field, and she can make it third time lucky and score here. Ralph Beckett introduces Glass of Red, who is out of Group placed mare, and she is related to a winning sprinter. The stable is capable of producing a first time out winner, and this grey filly should be watched in the market. Split the Pot¿s dam is related to two Listed winners, and the gelding showed some ability on debut at Brighton, before being hampered and losing his balance on the Sussex cambers. He will have learnt from the experience and can go well at a big price. However, Footstepsofspring is the confident selection.
