Daily Double got up close home when landing a claimer at Lingfield last month and Dean Ivory's gelding has to be respected but he is not certain to appreciate the extra two furlongs today and preference is for HOLD THE BUCKS, who gets the nod over Flying Lady. Mick Channon's filly was good value for her success in a Lingfield seller last month over this trip and she has solid claims back on turf today. True Britannia is capable of taking a hand in the finish here and has every chance on the form shown when landing a Lingfield handicap in February but she was very disappointing there last month and now looks too high in the weights for that grade which is probably why Andrew Hales has him running in a claimer today. Dalrymple is less exposed than his rivals having only had two outings so far but he needs to improve and a better bet looks to be Hold The Bucks. Stan Moore's gelding was not at his best at Lingfield last time but he looks worth another chance at the weights today and is just preferred to Flying Lady.
