Just an ordinary event on paper and Limerick Boy is the selection to make a winning debut over hurdles. Successful at Group 3 level in 2001 in his native Germany, the son of Alwuhush holds an entry in the Supreme Novices' Hurdle and looks an exciting recruit to the winter game. Ex-Polish performer Kombinacja was smart on the level at her best but has twice disappointed over hurdles and looks worth opposing once again. Nautical raced with some success in Dubai last year but, along with fellow hurdling debutante Indian Star, his overall form leaves him with plenty to find with the selection. Night Driver ran well in the face of a stiff task when fourth on his hurdling bow behind Well Chief at Taunton last month and has place claims with the benefit of experience.
