It was a poor race that AGGBAG won over course and distance last week but as that was an apprentice handicap, he escapes a penalty, and can race off the same mark today so gets the vote to follow up with the main dangers rated as Desert Lover and Bavarica. The last mentioned deserves to get her head in front having finished in the first three in four of his last six starts and she should be thereabouts again. Dudley Docker is capable and has been given a chance by the handicapper but he needs to improve on recent form to trouble the judge. Mark Brisbourne's Just Oscar remains a maiden after 34 starts on the flat, while Justcallmehandsome is probably better on the Polytrack than on turf. Desert Lover comes here fit from recent starts over hurdles and has to be considered back on the level off his light weight. Aggbag has an obvious chance racing off the same mark as when successful here last week though and he can follow up.
