Hindford Oak Sioux ran better than expected at Chester when last seen in September but this is tougher and he is probably best left out of calculations in a race taken to go BENNELONG, who gets the vote over Turning Top. Simon Callaghan's filly made a promising reappearance when a close third behind Class Is Class at Yarmouth last month and she has every chance if able to reproduce a similar level of form today but she disappointed at Lingfield on the Polytrack subsequently and may be booked for a place at best. James Fanshawe's Orlando's Tale was well held on his only start as a three-year-old and again on his reappearance at Yarmouth but that was in a better race than this so he cannot be discounted. George Baker's Double Moon never threatened at Goodwood and a safer option looks to be Bennelong. Ralph Beckett's gelding has shown a consistent level of form and a reproduction of the form he showed at Goodwood last time should be good enough to see him open his account.
