Verdict

KASPIRIT, Flapjack and Antonius Morris look the most interesting runners here, with Kaspirit, not unfancied on debut, taken to have learned from the experience. Flapjack's fourth at Brighton on the face of it did not look too strong form wise, but the runner-up has gone on to be good third in one of the hottest juvenile contests of the season to date. He should not be discounted. Half-brother to a dual juvenile winner, debutant Antonius Morris hails from the in form Tom Dascombe camp. The trainer has already had two two-year-old winners, so he should know where he stands with his entry here. Market confidence should be heeded. Kaspirit was nicely supported when making his debut at Folkestone behind a more experienced opponent, who landed a good contest at Goodwood on Thursday. Normal improvement can see Kaspirit take what may be a decent affair.
