An initial mark of eighty three looks to underestimate LAUDATORY and he's preferred to Seek N' Destroy and Fleeting Star. Walter Swinburn has introduced some nice prospects at Kempton and it was hard not to be impressed with Laudatory's performance at the Sunbury on Thames venue. He had shown ability in a maiden at the track when chasing home Ghanaati and there's no reason to believe that he won't be as effective on turf. He had Seek N' Destroy back in second when winning there last time and the Hills runner has to be feared with a 4lb swing in the weights in his favour as he's similarly unexposed but the winner appeared to have something up his sleeve that day. Jeremy Noseda has a line on the selection as he saddled the second when he won his maiden so it will be interesting to see what the market makes of Fleeting Star who won her maiden cosily after producing less than expected on debut. Magaling is not dismissed having been well regarded last year, Kaabari faces a more realistic chance and can't be dismissed whilst Greensward must also rate highly with the promise of more to come at three but we're pretty sweet on Laudatory.
