It is hard to evaluate what SPOTTY MULDOON achieved on his first run following an absence but he should strip fitter today and can land what looks a very weak maiden. It looked for a couple of strides that Ralph Beckett's charge was set to turnover the well-backed Lake Windermere in that Newmarket maiden and while he didn't get by him, he did pull well clear of the remainder. The step up to a mile will suit and he looks the most likely winner. Seventh Cavalry has acquired the mantle of one to avoid and simple cannot be touched. He showed some promise in the early part of the season but looks far from straight-forward. Unbiased has acquired a rating of 67, who is another that indicated promise on debut but since then has not carried forward that promise. Isabella's Fancy is worth keeping an eye on in the market but is exposed and Spotty Muldoon is given the vote.
