DOUBLE ACCORD comes here in good heart for the in-form David Noonan whose 3lb claim could prove decisive. The Double Trigger mare enjoys the forecast ground and stays further than this trip which is always a bonus around such a testing track. She is just preferred to Ever So Much, who returns to hurdling after a spell over fences which culminated in a recent Southwell success under an expert ride from Richie McLernon. He'll be competitive here if transferring that ability back to hurdles. Virgil Earp ran better than his finishing position suggests last time and could be one to watch, although the consistent Running Wolf rates more obvious shortlist material with Gavin Sheehan an eyecatching booking. Sonneofpresenting may well have more to offer and is the one to check in the market for Kim Bailey.
