LITTLE OZ catches the imagination as the best hope, with Magic Millie and Chicane others for the shortlist. Chicane was a shade disappointing in a Pontefract handicap a fortnight ago, so comes here with a little to prove. It's still early days for the William Haggas-trained filly but she may be one better viewed as a long-term project. Magic Millie won over 1m 2f at Beverley on her penultimate start but is another that failed to really shine last time up. However, that was her first try at the distance, so the market may be a good gauge as to how many are willing to giver her the benefit of the doubt today. Nevertheless, Little Oz appeals as the most open to the most improvement in the line up and, given that she appears to be Jimmy Quinn's best ride of the day, her trainer, Ed Dunlop, appears to have all the bases covered as the filly goes in search of her first win.
