Soccerjackpot was a bit hit and miss last season but he certainly has the ability to win this and he is nominated to get the better of the likes of Valery Borzov and Swinbrook. Alan Swinbank's 4-year-old twice went close at this track last season and he runs for the first time this season on ground that will suit him. He ran well on his first outing last season, so we know he goes well fresh and he looks the one to beat. Valery Borzov won well at Kempton last time and he has a good draw today so he should give the selection plenty to think about. Swinbrook has upped his game since joining Richard Fahey's yard and he lost no caste in defeat last time out. He looks a good each-way bet here, while his stablemate Trojan Flight is a course and distance winner and he can go well at a bigger price. A good race this which can go the way of Soccerjackpot.
