This is the best race on the card, and JACONET can maintain her 100% record this season to complete a four-timer for David Barron, with the main opposition expected to be Wi Dud and Kay Two. She defied top weight status in all three of those, two of which were fillies' races; she's got a stone in hand here on Kevin Ryan's pair Wi Dud and Desert Lord, and sets a decent standard. The ground's in her favour, and although the draw's not perfect, it may not be that much of a problem. She's entered for the Epsom dash, and after the last victory, Mr Barron said she just gets better and better. Wi Dud is joint top rated here, but hasn't won for nearly three years. The rain didn't help her cause last time out in a listed race at Navan; this is very much her trip and the ground should suit. Kay Two is one of a number here having his first run this year. He's got the form in the locker, but goes best when there's a little juice around, so the forecast rain could be a big assistance. However, he's never won when making his seasonal debut. Captain Dunne is the only course and distance winner in the field, and that was when there was some cut in the ground. However, the versatile and impressive Jaconet is taken to be first home.
