Far Note is taken to transfer his all-weather form to turf tonight with strong opposition coming from If By Chance and Quiet Times. John Bramhill's mount is in fair form at the moment and while his ability to handle the step back to turf is to be taken on trust, he is technically still well in with regard to his rating on the artificial surfaces. If By Chance has fair form and appears to be able to show it regardless of the surface. He is unfortunately paying for his consistency in the form of repeated rises from the handicapper. Quiet Times is scheduled to run at Hamilton on Friday. He can handle his races in quick succession and he is sure to be well supported with members of the Yorkshire Racing Club expected to be in full attendance. The question marks occur at the start as he has proved rather cumbersome in leaving the boxes. William's Well turns in the odd decent effort and is watched in the market. Zuhair seems to run his best races at Goodwood only. The draw could have been kinder to Chairman Bobby. Far Note looks set to call the tune.
