        Verdict

        Thornaby Nash has run here three times and won twice including a battling victory over a mile last month. He's just as effective over this trip so a 3lb rise shouldn't pose too many problems though he's 8lb worse off with ATLETICO (NAP) after beating him just over a length here in April and the latter has continued to run well enough to earn the vote. Hitman is on exactly the same mark as when landing this a year ago though he's been well beaten in two starts this campaign while dual all-weather winner Mudawwan has never won on Turf. Inner Circle is 1-30 and that victory came in his two-year-old days while Our Charlie Brown is on a long losing run though that's reflected in his falling handicap mark.
