Verdict

Martin Pipe's Caesar's Palace is likely to be at short odds for this claimer and is difficult to oppose. A winner at Chepstow earlier in the season and twice placed since, he only needs to reproduce recent efforts to win again. Beau Brun and Dinky Dora both have long absences to overcome and are probably best watched, as is Dunston Durgam who's jumping leaves a little to be desired. Of more interest may be Bushehr, who returns to hurdling after a spell chasing but it will be a surprise if this does not go to the favourite.
