In depth

Verdict

A competitive contest gets proceedings underway and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Key Partners, Middle Eastern and Sonic Anthem and the narrow vote is given to Key Partners. The selection was a fair third behind Stolen Glance last time out, form that has since been franked and with the race looking sure to be run to suit he looks the one to be on. Middle Eastern rates the main danger as he won well last time when beating Charlie Delta but all his best form is over seven furlongs and he is taken on with this in mind. Sonic Anthem is another last time out winner that could go well but he only won a claimer last time and he looks vulnerable in this tougher event. Of the remainder Feeling Irie could go well from a good draw while Don Pasquale looks the stable's second string on jockey bookings and for the winner we return to his stable companion Key Partners as our idea of the winner.
