    Verdict

Game Guru looks to have a very good chance here and can score from Locombe Hill and Tinian. The selection has won five times here - in fact all of his career wins have come at this track - including over course and distance in December for today's rider. Admittedly, he has been raised six pounds in the ratings for that win but, in the handicapper's assessment, comes out the best horse in the contest and gets our vote. While Locombe Hill has so far failed to cut the mustard on the all-weather, his Turf form grants him respect, while Tinian has failed to sparkle since returning form a very productive spell in Germany. However, if the right buttons suddenly got pushed he could go well. King Priam is a course and distance winner but has a bit to find on official ratings. This brings us back to Game Guru who gets a fairly confident shout.
