Rosti, Balerno and Vlaster Weiner look the principals in a tight affair and the vote goes to Rosti. The gelding from the Patrick Haslam yard has won his last two races in good style and although he has risen in the weights he won with a little in hand when defeating Simply The Guest last time and with Rory Moore taking off a handy seven pounds he will be hard to beat. Balerno rates the main danger on his third behind Border Terrier at Newcastle but he has disappointed on this surface and for that reason is opposed. Vlaster Weiner was second behind Indian Warrior last time and is another that could go well but he has yet to prove he stays this far. Of the remainder Nothing Matters is from a shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market but we are happy to side with the bang in form Rosti.
