SILENT WONDER, second on five of his six starts looks to have been found a perfect winning opportunity to get off the mark here with Positivity, who was five lengths behind the selection at Nottingham last week looking the most likely to chase him home. Dedante's form stacks up quite well particularly her second behind Madame Trop Vite although she has showed she has more than her fair share of quirks. Silent Wonder and Positivity were the only two that came down the stand side route at Nottingham last week and Silent Wonder had in effect run a solo as Positivity could not lie up. It was quite possible that Positivity failed to handle the bottomless ground at Nottingham as her best form is on a lively surface and while she should finish closer to Silent Wonder, it would be surprising if he failed to confirm his superiority over her. The worry with regard to Silent Wonder is the fact that his sole lacklustre effort was on this surface. There does not to appear to be anything ungenuine about Silent Wonder and he should prove too good for these. Positivity faces an artificial surface for the first time here and it will be interesting to see how she fares on it. Dedante does not look one that you can instil your full trust in and she was very disappointing at Lingfield last time. She has lots of early speed while Lady Gem has shown glimmers of form but on recent form she could not be considered. Silent Wonder can finally break his maiden tag at the sixth attempt.
