A typically weak winter maiden and one taken to go to WHITECREST. John Spearing's charge has been placed on four of her five starts to date, in the process gaining a rating of 72, and if she's able to run up to that figure she should be off the mark. As a half-sister to a Fibresand winner there's every hope that she could even improve for running here and there's little amongst the others to be fearful of. Best of them may be Laugh Or Cry, whose BHA rating puts him close to Whitecrest, but he's far from certain to relish this surface and arrives on the back of a modest run at Newbury. Flying Power could leave behind his debut run but the market will reveal more on that score while O Ma Lad, beaten a head at 100/1 last time, is considered more of a threat than newcomer Brown Panther who represents last year's winning yard but may need time.
