Verdict

It'll be interesting to see whether Kinigi can resume her progression at a course she likes but perhaps a hectic schedule is catching up with her and we'll take a chance on FAIR PASSION. Derek Shaw's filly won her sole try here despite refusing to settle and she arrives on the back of a decent second at Kempton, when staying on behind an enterprisingly ridden winner. Off the same mark as that run she looks primed to run a big race despite her wide draw. La Capriosa wasn't beaten far in a blanket finish here recently and is generously dropped 3lbs so expected her to feature from the off along with Colorus, himself involved in that tight finish too. Devil You Know, Galpin Junior and Dancing Freddy all have form claims but have to show they can produce their best here as does Sands Of Dee, although the latter is bred to relish the surface and should be considered.
