A race where few boast solid credentials but we have to put one forwards and will take SPIRIT LAND to beat Aegean Destiny and Bury St Edmunds. The latter has plenty to find on the figures but will benefit from being dropped back in grade as he found handicap company beyond him last time. He had finished just outside the money in a seller prior to that and the booking of Seb Sanders takes the eye. Aegean Destiny is having her first run for a new yard and may benefit from the switch. She had been running well in similar contests for Richard Hannon when last in action and looks sure to give a good account. Izuizorizuain't, Rainsborough and Lady Cavendish have claims at the weights but a chance is taken with Mark Tompkins' runner. The Newmarket handler has an excellent juvenile strike rate at the track and it's hoped that Spirit Land can improve on the turf form that he's shown thus far as he drops in grade.
