saved ground, no rally
4wd bid,edged foe 3rd
Soldier Of Fortune is the best horse in the race but the quick ground is a concern while Conduit may find it all happening a stride too fast for him. Winchester impressed when slamming Plan in the Secretariat Stakes but quite what that form is worth is open to question. Grand Coutier seems best with some juice in the ground so by process of elimination we come down on the side of RED ROCKS. American turf racing is his thing, he won this two years ago and has been freshened up after winning at Belmont in July.
