A trappy handicap for starters and SERIOUS IMPACT is our idea of the winner with Baylini and Wiggy Smith others to make appeal. The selection ran in a decent handicap at York and looked a likely winner before flattening out close home. This race is over two furlongs shorter and the drop in trip is likely to suit. Baylini is 0 from 15 on the turf. She is frustrating though produced a career best effort last time out. Wiggy Smith is better known as a hurdler though shaped well on seasonal reappearance at Nottingham. It is interesting that Kensington Oval is kept in training having ran so lamentably last time out at Sandown. His connections seem to specialise in types who progress with age. Dr Livingstone is a likeable individual and will make some appeal if the market speaks in his favour. Saltagioo steps up in trip having raced over a mile. Pelham Crescent has won three races on the spin at Bath and has only gone up 4lb for the last of those. Moves Goodenough is best of the rest. Serious Impact gets the nod.
