Sudoor looks a filly with a future and can keep her unbeaten record intact at the expense of Precocious Star, Dora Explora and Majounes Song. John Dunlop's juveniles nearly always improve markedly for their debut, so the fact that Sudoor came good at the first time of asking suggests that she is above average. The daughter of Fantastic Light showed a good turn of foot when beating a decent-looking field at Newbury, and this full sister to Bahhare has by all account been giving all the right signals at home since. Her main rival could well be Precocious Star who has not done a lot wrong in either of her last two starts, at Pontefract and Haydock. She runs here instead of lining up in Saturday's Group 3 Princess Margaret Stakes at Ascot. Dora Explora beat a subsequent winner at Folkestone last time so should not be under-estimated. Majounes Song came good at Yarmouth and represents a strong yard in this division, so is yet another for the future, but on this occasion we shall rely on Sudoor.
