Five of the newcomers in this were sired by Frankel. Two of them - Golden Sheen and Time Lock – hail from the Charltons’ yard. Emotion is trained by the Gosdens but they also have the Wolverhampton winner Emily Upjohn and Darmoiselle in the line-up. The latter is particularly interesting as she is a full sister to the brilliant Too Darn Hot and Lah Ti Dar, though doesn’t hold any fancy entries. Oblong Song was only beaten a short-head on her second start at Nottingham and Atlantis Blue also showed decent form in the autumn but Oaks entry REMEMBERING cost £140,000 and is out of a mare who has produced winners with all of her offspring to so far race so she gets a tentative vote.
