The two in form horses are Toms Laughter and Wibbadune with the vote going to the last named. Wibbadune landed his hat-trick at Lingfield last week and has shot up twenty two pounds since winning the first of those at Yarmouth last month. This will be his stiffest task to date but as he looks to be still improving he is taken to win again before the handicapper finally gets a grip on him. Toms Laughter has won five times this year alone, the first three on the all weather and the last two being on the turf. In that time he has gone up twenty six pounds in the weights so once again he will need to be at the top of his game to score again. Of the others Cheveton has been running with credit of late, catching the eye when second to Whiskey Junction at Bath recently so is worth noting in the market. But for the winner we return to Wibbadune.
