Cashel Mead appears to be in the grip of the handicap now and preference is for Intriguing Glimpse, who gets the vote ahead of Graze On. The selection has done everything asked of him of late and a 5lb rise for his latest success at Salisbury seems perfectly fair so he gets the vote to make the most of a decent draw. Golden Dixie has done little wrong of late and is again entitled to be thereabouts, while Cape Royal has been running into form but faces no easy task from stall six. Devon Flame is better berthed than some but this looks tougher than the race that he won at Bath last time and of more interest may be recent Chester winner Graze On. Intriguing Glimpse is in the form of his life at present though and is taken to make it three on the bounce.
