Verdict

Victoria Reel is taken to get the better of Tableau Vivant and La Coveta. The Queen's runner drops back from a mile which has to be a slight concern but Richard Hughes is a tactically astute pilot who may be able to control this race and bring her stamina into play. She bumped into a good one at this track last time but races from the same mark tonight and can make the most of the opportunity that she's been granted. We didn't learn a great deal about Tableau Vivant last time as there was no opposition to speak of. She clearly merits respect but may prefer more ease in the ground. La Coveta ran well in the blinkers last time but has to do it without the headgear tonight and has a few questions to answer whilst Mullein has her stamina to prove and Polar Annie may find this company a bit stiff. Victoria Reel's form has received a few boosts though and she can take this prize.
