      Verdict

      Majestic Ace looks the stable second string and none of the other newcomers make much appeal in this. Fantom Force didn’t improve on a fourth at Windsor when third at Brighton but Milltown Star took a big step forward at Chelmsford, thought that was over 7f. Sword Beach was beaten under a length on soft going here earlier in the month but was flattered by his proximity to the winner. ATMOSPHERIC wasn’t given a hard time when third to Silent Wave at Goodwood and improvement can almost be guaranteed on his second start.
