Verdict

Steel Cat is sure to be popular with backers for this classified stakes race but and is difficult to oppose against some moderate-looking opposition, the best of which looks to be Island Rapture and Go For Success. The selection opened his account when landing an all-weather maiden at Wolverhampton in April and, on earlier turf form, looks well enough treated to take a hand here in this company. Island Rapture, another all-weather winner, disappointed when returned to turf last time and is probably best watched here so a bigger danger may be Ed Dunlop's Go For Success, who has shown improved form of late. Paul Cole's inconsistent Web Perceptions looks the best of the remainder but we are happy to side with Steel Cat.
