        Verdict

        ZAL ZILHOM went to Beverley for a 7f maiden and showed good pace until weakening 2f out after failing to negotiate the bend. He has more scope than most of these and can score for Kevin Ryan. Pensax Lad has been racing in better company, though hasn't shown much in the way of pace, while Ahoy There has been looking for a greater test of stamina. Heroique ran well when runner-up over this trip at Pontefract but poorly over 5f at Thirsk last time and Cheeky Peta'S produced her one decent run on Polytrack .
