Little Jimbob can land this modest claimer; possibly with the most to fear from Lucayan Dancer and Diktatorial. Torrens makes the most appeal from the others but did run poorly here 10 days ago, so now has a bit to prove. Diktatorial was no match for the selection in that race but did meet trouble in running. He may get closer this time around but it would take a leap of faith to suggest he is capable of reversing the form. Lucayan Dancer is most effective in this grade and has already earned his various connections a good prize-money haul from his racing career. The David Nicholls-trained gelding can never be ruled out in events such as this and he has a live chance of adding to his tally. However, Little Jimbob has the best recent form and, having gone close here in similar company last time out, the mount of Paul Hanagan appears to have the best case to support for success today.
