There is plenty to recommend WILLYN who gets the vote over Baltimore Jack and Lucayan Dancer. Trainer Jim Goldie is in decent form and Willyn does have the benefit of a top lady amateur on board here. She was a little disappointing last time but that was over a mile and the return to this longer trip will suit. Lucayan Dancer is a course and distance winner who arrives here in good form. He chased home Baltimore Jack last time out but that race has not worked out at all well and on that basis we are prepared to look elsewhere for the winner today. Baltimore Jack had the run of the race in that Redcar contest, although it is worth noting he did go close on his previous try over this course and distance. Gala Sunday is a capable performer on his day and he does get on very well with his jockey Serena Brotherton so it would be no surprise to see him go well. However, we will stick with Willyn who can come out on top.
