An interesting looking maiden despite the small field, with Condoleezza the likely winner. A promising seven furlong debut was followed up by a decent effort over a mile at Chepstow last time, where she was just touched off by a short head, and looked like further would suit. She gets both an extra furlong and fast ground here and can score at the third time of asking. David Loder is of course noted for his two-year-olds, and on that basis Late Decision has to be respected. Given a gentle enough introduction at Doncaster, the colt was beaten seven lengths into fourth but would have to improve a fair bit to overturn the selection here. Amundsen was well beaten at Ayr the other day, while the market should be watched as far as the chances of James Given's Killing Joke is concerned.
