Although this is a race where stakes should be kept to an absolute minimum, King Tara has just about the best form on offer and is taken to land the spoils from his plum draw, while Delta Lady and Infidelity also look capable of playing a part in the finish. The latter was an uneasy favourite when finishing fourth over course and distance last time, having earlier shown plenty of promise on her debut. It may be that Nigel Tinkler's filly needs a softer surface to show her best, but she cannot be entirely discounted in this weak race. Delta Lady showed little on her first two outings, but improved for the drop to this grade when a place in front of Infidelity last time and is also in with a shout. But King Of Tara has run reasonably well in all three starts so far, although he was slightly disappointing in a claimer last time. However, that was after a slight absence and he should strip fitter today, so with this ease in grade and the plum draw he gets the vote.
