A lot of exposed runners in the field here but Paddywack is consistent and is worth following with College Maid the other to catch the eye. This is not a race for high stakes but Paddywack will certainly give you a run for your money. His best form has been over six furlongs and he was outpaced in the early stages over this trip on this track earlier in the month, but he has won over course and distance and should go well for his 7lb claimer. College Maid has had a busy campaign but ran well last time at Newcastle and looks to be running back into form. Sharoura is another worthy of consideration with the useful Dale Swift in the plate, while Brecongill Lad and Xanadu cannot be ruled out. This is a wide open race, but we're happy to take a chance on the top weight Paddywack.
