Jubilee Street has more to do off a 4lb higher mark than when scoring at Pontefract last time and looks worth taking on here with preference for South Cape, who gets the vote ahead of Red Romeo. The selection is better than his latest start at Newmarket would suggest and may be worth another chance on the evidence of earlier form there and at Lingfield. Ninth House won well enough on the Polytrack last time but his turf form does not match his all-weather form at present so a bigger threat may come from Spring Goddess, who is better than she showed at Newmarket last time. Freeloader has yet to show his best form since joining Richard Fahey from the yard of John Hills and may be best watched, while Red Romeo, who comes from a stable in flying form, has yet to prove his effectiveness for this trip. There are no such problems for South Cape though and he is taken to gain a deserved success.
