Verdict
Sceilin can defy a penalty to land the nightcap; Sweet Sara and Malinsa Blue look the others to consider. The selection won well last time when she beat Our Kes and although she has gone up for that success, she did win very cosily and she still looks to be one step ahead of the handicapper. Sweet Sara has shown promise on her three runs so far and she is worth considering on her handicap debut, especially if the market speaks in her favour. Malinsa Blue was a little disappointing at Pontefract last time and although she would have claims on the pick of her form, she is hard to recommend with confidence at present. However, trainer Brian Ellison does have his string in good form so that certainly works in her favour. Awaken is a course and distance winner but it has been a while since we have seen her sparkle, while Misplaced Fortune could prove best of the others. Sceilin looks to be on an upward curve and she is taken to win again.
