Verdict
Royal Dignitary is on a roll and he can win again here at the main expense of Grand Opera and Inside Story. David Nicholls has got his stable in decent form at present, and his runner here is a perfect illustration of that. He has won three of his last four races and the manner of his most recent success marked him down as one to stay on the right side of. Grand Opera has been in fair form of late and he is eased in grade today, so he may be capable of making his presence felt. However, his sole success came two years ago so he does not have a good strike-rate. Inside Story wasn't beaten far behind Little Jimbob last time and it is interesting that there was market support for him that day. The yard do like a tilt at the ring so a market check is again advised. Of the others, Efidium is a course and distance winner and he would have claims on his best form. However, Royal Dignitary is in such good form that it is hard to see him getting beat.
