Drumacoo finished runner-up on his second start over timber at Limerick in April and reverted to a bumper to score at Downpatrick recently. Pan Wandle has improved with each run over timber and looked progressive when landing a Clonmel bumper earlier this month as did Roi Des Francs at Tipperary. Tony Mullins' charge had gradually improved between the flags and though bred to be a chaser should have the pace to do well over hurdles. PACK THE PUNCH won a fast-ground bumper at Roscommon in July and contested better class events later before making an encouraging start over hurdles behind Lord Scoundrel here two weeks ago. That experience should stand him in good stead and he's taken to hold off the three bumper winners.
