John Dunlop has farmed this sort of contest in recent years so his representative, Royal Approval, is bound to attract support despite not being obviously well treated. Lynda Ramsden's Lingo looked unlucky in running at Newmarket last time and could well be involved here if things far right as they did at Doncaster first time out. Topweight Northern Nymph (beaten behind Ramsden's horse at Doncaster) was outclassed behind Simeon at Haydock last month, and looks plenty high enough in the handicap, while River Reine could be interesting on the best of his two-year-old form.
