A chance for Iambe De La See to rescue her reputation over fences with Amadeus and Master T proving the most plausible opposition. Nicky Henderson's mare was thought of as an ideal convert to chasing but she has not exactly set the world alight since making the transition to the larger obstacles. In receipt of all the allowances, she is the one to beat providing she stays on her feet. Amadeus holds an entry on Saturday at Newton Abbot but if taking this engagement, he would have to be considered having already posted one victory (albeit over hurdles) at the track thus far. Master T has been particularly expensive to follow and is not running well of late. If Amadeus does not show, he is the obvious one for the forecast as his jumping is intrinsically sound. Yvanovitch broke his maiden over course and distance in November. Lavinia Taylor's yard have been noticeable by their quietness this season but they did send out a rare winner a couple of weeks ago. At the figures it should realistically be Iambe De La See versus the fences but racing is far from as simple as that.
