Verdict

The eye is naturally drawn to GLEN AVA, on whom Conor O'Farrell has completed a hat-trick since the start of June with a move to front-running tactics working the oracle. An overall rise of 13lb is not too hard-hitting and she boasts an obvious claim returning to the track, distance and ground of all three wins. Let's row in with her as she's assured of staying the trip - not the case with certain rivals. Caius Marcius, a fine servant to connections, continues to perform with credit but it's late to try 3m for the first time at the age of eleven. He'll go well if staying, likewise course winner Keepthefaithinme, still in the early days of his hurdling career and seen as the main danger. Moonlight Beam is best watched and Rookie Trainer is hard to catch right, reflected by first and last-place finishes the last twice.
