SHANKLY BOND will be a big price and we'll side with him to give a fright to Laureldean Melody and Ormello. Lucy Normile is capable of winning races if she has got the right material and the Scots-handler is now responsible for the ex-Evan Williams charge. A perusal through some of his earlier form around the likes of Huntingdon gives him a fair chance and its worth noting that he will be fit for a couple of runs on the flat. Laureldean Melody has gone up 13lb for winning a maiden contest. True this is a bad race, but the mare had looked pretty exposed even before that rise was taken into account. Ormello is a useful handicap chaser. He is a particularly good traveller in his races and will be taking this engagement off a much lower mark than he would were the obstacles of the larger variety. Flemish Invader is exposed as moderate though the Twiston Davies' fans are unlikely to let that put them off. Itzacliche is a winning hunter and must be carefully watched in the market beforehand. Smarties Party has the chance to reverse form with Laureldean Melody and has very strong claims of hitting the frame on that evidence. Misterinbetween is tried in first time tongue tie. A trappy affair and we take Shankly Bond at the likely prices.
