SEEYAAJ can pick this prize up at the principal expense of Asudo and Top Dressing. Lucinda Russell's stalwart has put his better efforts here at Perth and while his recent outing at Market Rasen was nothing short of lamentable, if he can get himself into a rhythm early doors, he could be capable of galloping his rivals into submission. Asudo clearly doesn't take well to training as his sizeable absences testify to. He has shown glimmers of ability though it would be no surprise to see this trip being on the sharp side this afternoon. Top Dressing has won previously over today's trip so punters shouldn't be worried about him dropping back from 2m4f. The market will tell us how fit he is on reappearance. Polar Gunner is a likeable old stick but he does seem to need it bottomless these days. Connemara Rose has been kept busy in Ireland so should not want for race fitness. Or De Grugy has gone up plenty for a successful campaign last year and it would be no surprise to see him run close by stable companion, Yankee Holiday. Cantgeton is the pick of the two David Johnson runners if jockey bookings are anything to go by. Seeyaaj is the recommendation in a race where plenty have formbook chances.
