Ray of Joy, On The Feather and Perfect Friend make most appeal in this nursery handicap and the vote is given to PERFECT FRIEND. The selection won well last time when she beat Caledonia Princess at Bath. That form was franked in emphatic style on Monday by Caledonia Princess who was an impressive winner of a nursery handicap at Leicester. Our selection remains open to further improvement and although the yard are not having many winners at present, Perfect Friend should be up to providing them with a welcome success here. Ray Of Joy is quickly turned out after winning at Kempton last week and given the manner of that success, it is doubtful that a 6lbs penalty will be enough to keep her out of the frame here. On The Feather ran well on her nursery debut at Lingfield last time when she was only narrowly beaten by Cool Art. She should be up to winning a small handicap and she remains unexposed so she has to be on the shortlist. West Leake was well beaten on his handicap debut last time, but that was on soft ground and his previous form in maiden company would give him a chance tonight. Calley Ho is showing a decent level of consistency at present and is another to consider, but Perfect Friend has solid form claims here and she can come out on top.
